A survey to determine the effectiveness of internal communication within Nedbank Retail Banking.

Project: An independent Retail-wide communication survey took place during April and May 2012 for the overall purpose of determining the effectiveness of internal communication activities. icandiCQ conducted qualitative and quantitative research from a sample audience of all roles and levels up to and including Branch Manager level. The sample audience selected was proportionally representative of the regions and divisions within Nedbank Retail. The total number of participants comprised 71 telephonic interviews, 130 face-to-face interviews and 569 online surveys completed, representing a 95% confidence level with a 3.5% confidence interval in the findings.
