Evolving the GroFin brand and realigning all marketing material as well as the development of their website.
Project: Evolving the brand from the inside out. icandiCQ facilitated workshops to define and articulate GroFin’s Client Value Proposition. This formed the foundation for a pan-African brand and marketing strategy, which was then implemented across the nine African countries where GroFin has offices. An internal communication campaign complimented the external activities and engaged employees so that they could successfully deliver on the Client Value Proposition.
